Tall Coil Built Vase

This organic ceramic vase celebrates the handmade character of traditional coil-built pottery, a technique in which layers of clay are built up by hand to create the vessel's form.  The gentle ridges visible beneath the glossy glaze reveal this process, adding texture and depth to the surface.  Finished with a softly rounded silhouette and a painterly blend of blue, burgundy and white tones, each piece is unique, with natural variations in form and glaze making every vase one of a kind.
