Hermes Torso Statuette

A reproduction of a classical fragment depicting Hermes, the son of Zeus and messenger of the gods.  Modelled after an imperial-era copy of an earlier Greek sculpture, the piece captures the enduring influence of ancient classical forms through its muscular torso and finely observed anatomy.
